You will be shown the delivery options available for your order at the checkout page depending on the items being shipped and the delivery location.

BIKES

UK 24-48 Hour Delivery (delivery before noon) - £23.99

All bikes are sent tracked delivery with DHL.

ACCESSORIES

UK Next Day Delivery - £3.99

Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) - £2.99

Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed and shipped out on the same day when ordered before 3pm and the following working day when ordered after 3pm.

Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. All orders are issued tracking numbers once shipped.

Holiday shipping

Oliver Cycling will be closed Easter Weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day and any UK Bank Holidays. Orders will not be shipped out during these days.

Tracking your order

When you place an order, you will receive a tracking link in your shipping email and you can also find the tracking number in the Order section in your account settings.

Refund policy

We operate an easy 14 day returns policy.

It is your responsibility to return items to us; we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned. Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. In the case of cheque payment a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are returning items that are damaged, mis-shipped or the result of an error on our part, you will be refunded the total amount of the order and we’ll pay the return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Returning a new bike

Bikes must be returned in their original condition, without any wear or damage. Bikes must be returned in their original packaging, with all protective packaging.  The tool kit must be returned with the bike. Bikes cannot be returned if they have been ridden outdoors at all. Bikes cannot be returned if tyres show signs of wear. 

Items that are not returnable

Any item that is not returned within 14 days of shipment. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that has been used/ridden outdoors. Any item that shows signs of wear.
